This is the most common chair on the planet. Every yard, every wedding, every building site has one, and it is always the exact same chair.
The chair arrives before you do. It has been rained on, stacked, dragged across a yard and dragged back, and it has not changed shape once. Nobody remembers who brought it and nobody would notice if it left.
I climbed up because it was the only thing around that was slightly higher than the ground. That is the whole reason. Wherever it turns up next, I am the one already sitting on it.
